This year’s edition will take place on September 5th and 6th, 2025.
On the first day, participants can choose to attend either in person or online.
The conference will be streamed live, giving attendees access to all sessions in any format.
On the second day, the event will be fully online via Zoom.
The event will once again be hosted at the exceptional Radisson Blu Hotel in Bucharest, the same venue as last year.

September 5th: All speakers onsite; participants can join in person or online (live-streamed).
September 6th: Fully online via Zoom, with both speakers and participants.

Accommodation:
The conference is held in the heart of Bucharest, with various accommodation options in the vicinity.
We recommend the Berthelot Hotel, Park Inn (3 minutes away from the conference venue), and Duke Hotel (10 minutes away from the conference venue), or exploring the options available on booking.com.
Parking:
Toll public parking is available in the vicinity of Radisson Blu hotel, however we encourage you to use available public transportation such as subway and bus.
